Established in 2002, California Electrical Training promotes educational and career advancement by offering state-approved curriculum to both entry-level and working electricians. Our mission is to provide each student with the education and support necessary to build a meaningful career in the electrical trade, enhancing both professional opportunities and individual skill sets.
State Approved School
California Electrical Training is approved by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as School Number 151 to provide the full General Electrician Trainee Program. To learn more about our Electrician Trainee (ET) program, click here.

California Electrical Training serves the entire state of California. Our program is 100% online, which means you can earn your ET card and complete your electrician trainee coursework, continuing education (CEU), and lab classes from any city in California — no relocation or commuting required.
Our students come from every region of the state. Whether you're in a major city or a rural area, you have full access to our DIR-approved curriculum, bilingual instruction in English and Spanish, and flexible self-paced learning.
